Whether the Adj-SID should be considered to be eligible for protection using IP or MPLS FRR during a network failure. When this value is set to true, the B-flag of the Adj-SID is set to 1, and the local system should provide FRR paths for the associated label forwarding entry. When it is set to false, the local system must not provide FRR for the specified LFIB entry. The default value is : true
